How long it takes to make animated brushes depends on how long it takes you to make the basic shapes. The only real difference between making normal brushes and animated brushes is that you arrange the shapes on different layers, much like a gif animation.
So, for these 5 layered brushes it's like making 5 normal brushes.

It seems meaninglessly drawn out and complicated.
I'd like to start making animated brushes,
but i'm not sure if it's worth it
Did you find that it took a long time
to make these as compared to an ordinary brush?
